Ig congress just banned horse slaughter in the US, and the last plant was shut down in 2007, why are they still transporting horses to Mexico and other countries to be slaughtered? Or that’s just underground now?
As has been said, the USA might have passed laws to close horse slaughter but other countries have not. [...]
