I’ve decided to begin horse back riding again after my fourteenth birthday (In a month), and I haven’t ridden since the fourth grade. I remember that I had riding pants, a helmet, boots and a crop, but those don’t fit anymore. Are those all the things I need to repurchase? Are there any discount stores for beginners? Thanks :D And any tips for riding horses?

Yes, you would need new riding pants that fit you, probably a new helmet and boots. I don’t think there are any stores that have discounts for beginners, atleast not that I know about.

Here are some websites that sell horse riding apparel:

the easiest thing to wear while horse back riding is just regular clothes. Like jeans, tee shirt and riding boots. I’m not sure if there’s any discounts. And some tips are 1. Don’t let go of the reins for too long, otherwise you’ll end up crashing into something. 2. Always get on the horse from the left side. Some horses don’t care either way but it is better to use the left side.
