i don’t know why everybody has to be so critical. i think u did fine and i mean it’s ur first lesson, on my first lesson we had to mount by ourselves and i accidentally kicked the horse and he started cantering, even if u ahd help it is better than asking the horse to canter
good job, and don’t listen to the people who havae such bad lifes they have to go and ruin other peoples

the person might …
the person might have learnt the basics quickly so therefore would be able to jump quicker… and lots of good instructers do this, there are hardly no bad ones because they all have to be qualified…

i cantered on my first lesson (with a leader of course) and i was fine some people do it straight away and for others it takes time, thats just the way it goes

if u are jumping …
if u are jumping that early then clearly you a missed a lot of basics. you can’t deny that. any good instructor wouldn’t allow you to jump until your horse is moving forward, balanced, yourself balanced, and that u can go into a frame ect ect.

I JUST LOVE HERRRR!!!!!!! her full name is Booda. its adorable. i love her…i might post a video of me riding on her…..but first…….i need to learn how to,,,,LOL. if you guys could help me on how to record a video on my cell phoen or a real video camera…..then that would be wonderful!!!!!
