If you have ridden a horse about 30 times, then I am sure you know basic ideas of what is a good stable(whether the stable is clean, horses look healthy, or the trainer is kind)
Look around some stables and pick one u like the most.
I also suggest that you need to ask the cost of lessons !!!

Good Luck !!
References :
Well you should visit the stable once, to see the facilities. Make sure they are clean/safe..etc. Also see if you like the atmosphere. No one likes riding at a place that seems uncomfortable. You should look into trying out lessons at a couple of barns to see which teaching style you like best. Everyone learns differently so choose the one thats best for you.

As for questions, here are some that I would ask.
How much do lessons cost?
How many do you recommend/require a week?
Do you require private lessons to start out with? (These are typically more expensive, but gives the trainer the opportunity to evaluate your riding ability before placing you in a group)
What disciplines do you offer? (i would start out at a english/western barn so you can decide which one you would like to pursue and its easy to switch)
Are there any horses that would be available for lease? (If you are interested in owning a horse later)
Do you offer the option to show? (This may become what you want to do with it)

If you are looking for a personal trainer; Do you travel to other farms? How far do you travel? etc...

Other: What is the age group of students riding here?
How many students are riding here? (Depends on if you like a small barn)

Good Luck!!! Riding is SO much fun, I hope you enjoy it! It is sooo amazing. :)
References :
Riding for almost 8 years :)
