Idk if its just me or what (i’m not experienced at all with headsets really…) but they always seem to have their heads lower. How does dressage compare with other disciplines?

I am trying to find out what the divisions and ratings are for dressage so I know what I can enter next season. But, I am not used to USEF ratings. I have never heard of a 5 Yr- Young Horse-2. What is that? Does that mean my horse has to be 5 years old [...]
