palomino is cremello chestnut..and non roan non roan
(2 different combinations – one is for color – the other determines if roan or not)
the strawberry roan will ALWAYS give chestnut gene c and 50% roan gene and 50 % non roan gene

Palomino is a color, but there is a registry for palomino’s of any breeding.
