how do you tech a horse to do dressage and how to get on bit?
my horse is 15 years old and he is green cos he was unridden for 2 years or so.he was never realy taught dressage or ground work properly just how not to knok jumps.he can be spooky at time and i want to know how to teech him dressage work and to help him build neck mussle.also whats the aid to put a horse on the bit?
The best bet is to look online and/or books and videos on dressage training, if you want a cheap and very ’surface’ look at dressage.
If you really want to get him doing dressage work you need to invest the time and money with a proven, successful dressage coach/trainer in your area. Get a good rider to work with your horse and if you are up to it you can get some training as well so both you and your horse can become better together!
Good luck.

There have been volumes written on this subject. It’s far beyond the scope of a blurb on "Yahoo Answers" to address your question. You would really be best off to find a good dressage instructor with whom you can work, and in the meantime, get some books written by reputable trainers and start to begin to understand the whole process and what exactly is involved. I’m not being fresh, just trying to give you some sane advice, since it sounds like you do want to do well by your horse. Good luck.

Like others said, it takes a lot more than just one answer.
I can give a short answer to how to put a horse on the bit though. Depending on the horse the aids will vary. My horses go down with a steady contact and being pushed forward into the bit, pretty straight forward but can be more work if you don’t have a correct position. To bend them I work the inside rein and push out with the inside leg.

You need to take dressage lessons. It is the only way to really learn.
