Hi I need some horse crafts for my room. I want my room to be filled with horse stuff. ?
Hi everybody. I would like my room to be filled with horse stuff. Anything horsy is great. What i mean is horse crafts horse ideas anything, I just want my room to be more horsy. thanks for your help

I saw this show called trading spaces kids or something and they turned a room completly horsey.
There was a great idea that they showed. What they did was blew up a huge poster of the girls horse (or the horse you ride) then they posted it to her closet door. They put wood around the picture and closed it with another door, so when she opened the closet she saw the big picture of her horse as if it was in her bedroom. Then if you open it all the way you have the closet throught the next door. It was so cute. I want that with my room. also go to ebay and buy some breyer horses. They are cute in rooms. Also if you have a horse hang up all of their shoes on your wall

You can use basic colors like Green, Brown, and White for your colors in your room. I would paint your baseboards brown with green paint, then I would get horse decals and put them on your walls. You can find horse bedding at The company store.
If you want to go this route, you could do a carousel room. Find a round mattress, out of wood create a post bead that would look like a carousel. Have a carousel border around your wall, and paint it pink and pastels.
E-bay for horse stuff too.

in my room, i took one of my horse’s old shoes and cleaned it up and mounted it on my lightswitch. it looks really cool!

I have a list of magazines for you, if your interested in ordering anything and everything about horses. Back in the saddle, rods. country supply horse, and state line tack, you can go online using the name of magazine and request them to be sent to you.

Have Your saddle nearby, Bridles and bits, and even spurs look great hanging on the walls.
Don’t forget those "Model Horses" you can purchase at your local Tractor Supply Company.
They have every breed you can get, you can also hang up a lot of Horse shoes around your windows and doors!
Wall Paper that wall with Horses! Have fun, there is so much you can do.

When I was young, I used to hang pictures from magazines on my walls. My favorite was the poster out of the middle of Horse illustrated. Each month they have a different breed profile with a poster of that breed. I had a few frames that I would put them in, and every few months I would rotate the pictures to keep them new. I also kept Breyers on my shelf. I even made a horsey lamp. I bought a terra cotta pot and a lamp kit from Wal-Mart, then turn the lamp upside down so the wide end is down. I had rubber stamps with horseshoe shapes and a horse head stencil that I painted onto the pot. Then wire the lamp kit through the drain hole in the pot, add the lampshade of your choice, and instant custom horse lamp!

go to http://www.rods.com (you might want to googe it because im not sure thats the exact website) but they have some amazing horse stuff! theres everything from kid to adult and from cheap to expensive. i shop through them all the time!! another good place would be The Fort Western Outpost.
