Have any of you read the heartland series?
in it they use T touch on horses and erbal remidies what are some and how do you do T touch. Also how do you do that thing where you chase you horse around an arena until he chews and stuff and lowers his head and coems to you?
I read that series a few years ago, and I found them really interesting, but heading more towards the lovey-dovey side of teenage novels and less of the horses. But what the author puts out there is most certainly amazing.
I’ve round penned before, or "joined up" and it’s quite wonderful. I suggest trying to find someone who has been taught the method and get them to teach you, as well as watching some films/ reading Monty Roberts books. He’s big in the world of round penning.
As for T touch, I’m having difficulties finding information on this, but a few years back I found a document that talked a lot about it and gave different methods, reasons why to, etc. Attending a seminar on this would highly be beneficial.
I’m big on this stuff and came across your question when trying to find some of my own answers.
Largest suggestion: Find someone who knows this stuff and learn it from them. It’s what I’m doing and you gain a better understanding.

Okay, I’ve turned to good O’l Google!!
I am also a horse lover, ex-showjumper, and am currently training a horse for my cousin.

Other: http://www.juliegoodnight.com/articles/roundpen.html for some info. Ugh! The words are on the tip of my tounge. If you have access to a horse you can try lunging. Info at :http://www.horsetackreview.com/article-display/157.html or try google.ca, google.com, ehow.com, or wikihow.com
Im sorry I can’t think of the word. Try re-reading parts of the book where that movement is used. Email me if you have any horsey questions or just add me at Thebesthorsearound@hotmail.com
