does anyone know a website with a color wheel for picking out horse tack?

i have a buckskin mare and i need a website with a horse tack color wheel.please do not tell me your suggestion of what color tack just the website please!

    I use color all the time and this is one of the best and fastest programs I have found with ways of adapting an existing color to anything on the computer.

    It is a small program that can pick any color from any image on the computer. It will list the color 3 different ways to use as you see fit.

    Will pick out the color needed, using an eyedropper (if you choose that button option) and you can create a matching background color within seconds…Great!

    From the dl options on the site, I downloaded this option:
    -Stand-alone including Installer "Install.exe" 262K v1.00
    I love it!

    It downloads with a readme.txt file and also an installation.txt file…very user friendly, if you have experience, it will be running in minutes.
