You can then glue that to a strip of cloth that you have folded over and sewn a seam down one edge. Slide it over your brow band or where ever. Then take a bit of brown cloth or leather that matches the measurements and attach it with transparent thread, string, glue, tape or anything else you can think of. Make sure the colors are colorful and they look really authentic.
