I want to try my hand at making some tack for my horse, and some stuff for my dogs with beta biothane. Can anyone point me in a direction of beta biothane suppliers, patterns for horse tack/dog gear, and suggestions on sewing/riviting it all together?

I don’t recommend actually using the tack you make. It sounds like a fun project, but the tack and supplies you use on and with your horse should be good quality to avoid mishaps and injury. If you use gear that isn’t put together properly it’s a dangerous situation for you and your horse.

I’m sure you know what you are doing but please be careful when making tack as you don’t want you or your horse to be injured.
Here are a list of suppliers:

    Patterns:

I don’t really think it’s a good idea to use the tack you make untill you are 100% sure it will fit and not do any damage.

you shouldn’t try making your own tack it would be very uncomfortable for both you and the horse, as 4 the dog you could make stuff 4 your dog would be fine!! good luck!=]

The only place I know where you can make something useful and safe is a halter
